This is our full wedding planning and event management service, with no styling. This service is great for our couples who want a well-planned event but are happy to go with the decorative elements provided by their venue.

• Depending on the size of your wedding, we will have an agreed number of event assistants working on your event and on site at your venue, with Nessa as your main point of contact throughout the planning.

• We’ll help you find your perfect venue, then conduct a site visit so that we can figure out and discuss the best set-up and ideas for you. 

• Our team will research, book and manage your selection of chosen suppliers. We will manage all the logistics and schedules. We will be the supplier’s point of contact, helping you with all communication and administrative tasks, including scheduling calls and appointments.

• We will advise on the set-up, schedule and music for your ceremony as well as manage any suppliers involved in the ceremony. We will also be there to fix your veil and get you ready to walk up the aisle.

• We will work with your chosen stationery designer to manage the production process from printing to posting if needed. 

• We will work with you, your venue or your caterers to help you choose and create your menu as well as help you in choosing those important wine pairings if needed. 

• We will manage your wedding day timeline, including a list of all suppliers’ details and a wedding day schedule for everyone involved.

• We will be like your personal assistant for each element of your wedding day, from checking to see if you have enough champagne, helping you get into your dress, getting you ready for your walk up the aisle, to reminding you of timings. We’ll be there to make sure you enjoy your fun, relaxed, love-filled day. 

This service covers everything to do with making your wedding look and feel personal and beautiful. You may be overwhelmed by all the styling ideas you have seen online or you may already have your own incredible vision, you just need someone to bounce ideas off and to put it all together for you on the day. I work closely with you to make sure that your event styling represents you both as a couple and reflects the vision you had for your wedding day.

• We work closely with our couples to create your wedding style concept. This will include everything from your colour palette, to your florals and stationery designs, your tablescape design and any other event space furnishings. We take our inspiration from you and what you love most but we also consider your venue, your budget and the time of year you are getting married.

• Our team will research, book and manage your selection of chosen design and styling suppliers. We will manage all schedules and logistics. We will be the supplier’s point of contact, helping you with all communication and administrative tasks.

• We’ll create, source and hire to help you bring your dream style concept to life including florals, candles, tableware, stationery, furniture and everything in between. We’ll always find the very best options for your budget and personal style.

• We will work with your chosen stationery designer to create your Save the Dates and invitations. We will help you to choose your design and materials and then manage the whole process for you. Your event day stationery which will be beautifully displayed according to your style concept. 

• We’ll create each styling element for you on time and with the greatest of passion and care to make it just right for you. 

You can book me as just your wedding planner or stylist or choose both services for a full wedding planner, event manager and stylist experience. 

We’ll guide you through the complete wedding planning process, taking you from venue search to your wedding day, managing suppliers, logistics and all your styling elements. We will be your constant guide throughout the whole wedding experience giving all the additional support that’s so important to you.
